Your privacy matters to us. Hypixor is designed to respect it by default. We don't use cookies, we don't require accounts, and we don't collect personal information.

What We Collect

Anonymous Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand how people use the site and to keep it running smoothly. These tools are privacy-friendly and collect things like page views and performance metrics without using cookies or tracking individual visitors. All data is aggregated and anonymous.

Player Lookups
When you search for a Minecraft username, that query is sent to our server and then forwarded to PlayerDB and the Hypixel API. We don't log or store these searches.

Contact Form
If you send us a message through the contact form, your name, email (if provided), and message are forwarded to our Discord server so we can get back to you. We don't store them anywhere else.

What Stays on Your Device

Hypixor saves a few preferences in your browser's localStorage to make your experience better:

• Theme preference (dark or light mode)
• Notification settings and per-event alert preferences
• Last searched player name (so you don't have to retype it)

This data never leaves your browser and you can clear it anytime through your browser settings.

Third-Party Services

Here are the external services Hypixor communicates with:

• Hypixel API for mayor, election, bazaar, and player data (handled server-side)
• PlayerDB for Minecraft username lookups (handled server-side)
• MC-Heads for player skin renders (image loaded by your browser)
• Vercel Analytics & Speed Insights for anonymous usage and performance stats (no cookies)
